Welcome to Cimarron Ponds! Our well-established community is set among beautiful ponds, mature trees and walking paths, and offers pickleball courts and a seasonal swimming pool that becomes a social hub during summer months. Our townhomes, many of them single level, all with garages attached, offer a low-maintenance lifestyle that appeals to a wide range of buyers. Cimarron Ponds offers a coveted location, within proximity to some of the best amenities in Plymouth. Residents have easy access to a wide variety of shopping, dining, and recreational options thanks to Parkers Lake, Medicine Lake, and a network of city and regional trails. Cimarron Ponds is just minutes from I-494, Highway 55, Ridgedale Center, Carlson Towers and Parkers Lake and is adjacent to the Luce Line State Trail, a popular trail for biking and hiking.

Cimarron Ponds is governed by a volunteer-led board committed to being stewards of the community. The board meets monthly and works actively with professional vendors and maintenance teams to ensure the property is kept in excellent condition. While Cimarron Ponds is a place where privacy is respected, connections are easily made, and residents are encouraged to participate in the community at whatever level suits them to keep our community a safe, environmentally friendly, and healthy place to live.

  • Monthly Board Meetings
    • Second Tuesday of each month, 6 PM, Messiah Church, 17805 County Road 6.
    • No board meetings in January, February and December.

    CPHA's Canine Pet Registration

    Key requirements:
    • Your dog must be registered.
    • Your dog must be tethered on a leash ... even in your own yard.
    • CPHA dog tag must be visibly displayed on your pet or leash.
