Cimarron Ponds

Welcome to Cimarron Ponds! Our community is in a beautiful setting of ponds, mature trees and walking paths, and offers TENNIS COURTS, PICKLEBALL COURTS, AND A SWIMMING POOL. Cimarron Ponds is just minutes from I-494, Highway 55, Ridgedale Center, Carlson Towers and Parkers Lake and is adjacent to the Luce Line State Trail, a popular trail for biking and hiking.

We respect privacy while encouraging participation in our all-volunteer TEAM of block captains, and at monthly BOARD meetings. In addition, we offer opportunities for residents to meet at our annual social events.

Our volunteer Board is committed to BEING STEWARDS of your investment in the community, providing professional resources for services and repairs, and maintaining the property in prime condition.

We hope that residents will play an active role in keeping our community a safe, environmentally friendly, and healthy place to live.
